After your consult, you now have relief from your digestive symptoms after completing my digestion package (Get Relief).
But your body is telling you it needs more support. This is not uncommon.
You may have stubborn sleep or hormonal issues, trouble with weight loss or lack of energy.
These symptoms and conditions don’t develop overnight.
Whatever the issue, I got you.
Sometimes the gut is imbalanced enough that we need to go deeper to fully restore functional digestion for optimal health.
This is where an INDIVIDUALIZED PROTOCOL created based on results from TESTING comes in. We use TARGETED SUPPLEMENTS based on your results to support the body to heal.
PHASE I
Reassessment through Nutri Q assessment.
We will go step by step through your digestive process and determine where your body still needs support.
We will add nutrients and supportive supplements if needed to help the body to give the body the support it needs to optimize drainage and ensure detoxification pathways are open.
We will decide on testing modalities that will yield the best outcome for you. This package covers the cost of one GI Map stool test and a food sensitivity test.
PHASE II
Charis will design a customized protocol based on your test results. We will review this and get moving toward more optimal health.
You will be a pro at meal planning and managing your sensitivities at this point. I will teach you how to reintroduce foods when it’s time.
We will use targeted supplementation to restore health and rebalance the body.

There are 10 virtual meetings included in this six month package.
Initial on-boarding session will be 60 minutes to review your Nutri Q, current symptoms and goals.
Second session will be 90 minutes to review the test results from your personalized testing package.
Subsequent sessions (8) will be 30 minutes.
Wrap up session (1) will complete the program and will be 45-60 minutes.
$2800 one time payment OR $1500 to start, $250/month for six months.
Testing included: GI Map stool test and a bioenergetic food sensitivity scan.
Nutrient and supportive supplements are a foundational part of this program and paid by the client.
